I liked the hotel itself, beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic. Cleanliness. There is a nice seating area, a dining area. There is a bar upstairs. I really liked the place.

Love the location, walking distance to almost all city points of interest. Very near to the tourist spots. Awesome facilities, staff was awesome and love the common space at Mezzanine floor

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the city center and easily accessible to various attractions. It is near a metro station that connects directly to the airport, making transportation convenient. Additionally, an Aldi supermarket is just a three-minute walk away, which is great for grabbing essentials. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also provides towels, and the entire property is well-maintained and clean. However, the shared bathroom facilities could be improved. Each floor has only one shared bathroom with two toilets and two shower rooms, which can be inconvenient during busy hours. In the room where I stayed, one of the toilets was out of order, so I had to check other floors to find an available restroom. The showers automatically turn off every 10 seconds and take around five minutes to warm up, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the hotel does not have a fully equipped kitchen. There is only a mezzanine lounge with a microwave and an electric kettle, but no proper cooking facilities or fridge to store food. While there are plenty of tables for guests to sit, the lack of a kitchen and fridge might be inconvenient for those who prefer to prepare and store their own meals.

I would like to say from the moment I made this reservation , I was treated with the utmost quality of service ., all the way from first message until I walked into the Door on my first day , this team responded within a 3 hour window everytime . I have stayed in Numerous hotels and hostels in many countries and was never given such a warm by any staff , most 5 star corporate hotels seem to be more interested in profit, Every one of Pablos team make their guests feel like you have been friends all of your life , I was truly amazed at the ability this team had for multi tasking and giving attention to the person directly in front of them and also helping someone interrupting for a brief question All the while addressing every query with a gentle concise approach , There are so many to thank such as Umaro and Andre . Kafhpia .too many to forget the great leadership from. Marcos . For such a young leader his hospitality skills are outstanding and exemplary well beyond other people In the field . I told the team they will see me more in the future This very busy hostel is outstanding.
